The movable vehicle carrying plate comprises more than two on-plate parking spaces or one on-plate parking space; a first type of neutral zone and/or a second type of neutral zone, the first type of neutral zone being arranged to allow movement of the mobile vehicle carrying tray in at least one first type of direction so as to form a first type of variable lane along which the vehicle moves, and the second type of neutral zone being arranged to allow movement of the mobile vehicle carrying tray in at least one second type of direction, the second-type neutral zone is arranged to allow the mobile vehicle carrying tray to move in at least one second-type direction so as to form a second-type flexible lane along which the vehicle moves. The invention further provides a parking unit, a parking space and a building.
