The invention relates to a prestressed silo top structure, a prestressed silo and a construction method of the prestressed silo top structure, the prestressed silo top structure comprises a silo top plate and a plurality of silo top beams, each silo top beam is a bidirectional prestressed beam, and the silo top plate and each silo top beam are integrally prefabricated, poured and formed; each silo top beam comprises a steel reinforcement framework, tensioning ends are arranged at the two ends of the top face of each steel reinforcement framework, prestressed tendons penetrate through the steel reinforcement frameworks, and the two ends of each prestressed tendon penetrate out of the tensioning ends from bottom to top; the two ends of each silo top beam extend outwards to form lifting parts which can be connected with a silo wall or a buttress. By the adoption of the prestress technology, the problems that a common reinforced concrete silo top component is large in section size, large in dead weight and poor in structural crack resistance and durability are solved; the problems that when a conventional concrete bin top structure is constructed, a lower support is difficult to erect, and the manufacturing cost is high are solved.
本发明为一种预应力筒仓的仓顶结构、预应力筒仓和仓顶结构施工方法,该仓顶结构包括仓顶板和多个仓顶梁,各所述仓顶梁为双向预应力梁,所述仓顶板和各所述仓顶梁一体预制浇筑成型;各所述仓顶梁包括钢筋骨架,所述钢筋骨架的顶面的两端设置张拉端,所述钢筋骨架内穿设预应力筋,各所述预应力筋的两端自下而上穿出所述张拉端;各所述仓顶梁的两端分别向外延伸设置且能与仓壁或扶壁柱连接的提升部。本发明采用预应力技术,解决了普通钢筋混凝土仓顶构件截面尺寸大、自重大、结构抗裂性能和耐久性差的问题;能被整体提升施工,解决了常规混凝土仓顶结构施工时,下部支撑搭设困难、造价高的问题。
