The bench pile capping beam structure of the newly-built tunnel comprises hole digging pile bodies which are vertically arranged on the two sides of an existing tunnel, and the lower pile ends of the hole digging pile bodies are embedded into the stratum; the pipe jacking beam is horizontally arranged above the existing tunnel, the two ends of the pipe jacking beam are located on the two sides of the existing tunnel correspondingly, and the pipe jacking beam is fixedly connected to the pile top of the hole digging pile body; the upper side of the pipe jacking beam is provided with an arc-shaped groove used for arranging a supporting structure of an over-crossing tunnel, and the arc-shaped groove extends in the length direction of the pipe jacking beam. The method is used for overcoming the defect that in the prior art, when a newly-built tunnel crosses the existing tunnel in a small clear distance mode, floating deformation of the existing tunnel is difficult to effectively control due to soil body unloading, safe construction of the newly-built tunnel is achieved, and meanwhile structural stability and operation safety of the existing tunnel are protected to the maximum extent.
本发明涉及隧道施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种新建隧道的板凳桩压顶梁结构和新建隧道施工方法。新建隧道的板凳桩压顶梁结构包括:挖孔桩体,呈竖直状设置于既有隧道的两侧,挖孔桩体的下桩端嵌入地层;顶管梁,呈水平状设置于既有隧道的上方,且两端分别位于既有隧道两侧,顶管梁固定连接于挖孔桩体的桩顶;顶管梁的上侧设置有用于设置上跨隧道的支护结构的弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽沿顶管梁的长度方向延伸。本发明用以解决现有技术中新建隧道小净距上跨既有隧道时,因土体卸荷导致既有隧道上浮变形难以有效控制的缺陷,实现新建隧道安全施工的同时,最大限度地保护既有隧道结构稳定及运营安全。
