The invention relates to a tempering process for reducing the loss of a high-frequency ferrite magnetic core, which comprises the following steps: tempering the high-frequency ferrite magnetic core at 200-400 DEG C for 0.5-5 hours, and then cooling in an inert atmosphere at the cooling speed of 0.1-0.5 DEG C/min to prepare the high-frequency low-loss ferrite magnetic core. The prepared ferrite magnetic core is tempered under the technological parameters, the internal stress of the magnetic core is eliminated, meanwhile, the loss of the high-frequency ferrite magnetic core is remarkably reduced, the power loss of the ferrite magnetic core (phi 12 * 7 * 5) prepared by the method under the conditions of 2MHz, 50mT and 100 DEG C is below 500kW/m < 3 >, the performance is excellent, and the cost is low. The method is suitable for large-scale application in the technical field of high-frequency low-power-loss soft magnetic ferrites.
