The invention provides a preparation method of zirconia ceramic nanofibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a precursor solution, namely preparing an aqueous solution containing a silicon source compound and a zirconium source compound; (2) preparing a zirconia ceramic fiber precursor solution; (3) preparation of hybrid zirconia ceramic nanofibers; (4) preparation of zirconia ceramic nanofibers; wherein the zirconium source compound in the step (1) is an organic zirconium source compound. The zirconia ceramic nanofiber provided by the invention has better spinnability and is continuous and uniform; the multiphase structure enables the material to have good mechanical properties, coordinates the heat conductivity coefficient and the balance between stable structures at high temperature, and is not liable to brittle fracture, high in machinability and resistant to reuse.
本发明提供一种氧化锆陶瓷纳米纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)前驱体溶液制备:配置含硅源化合物和锆源化合物的水溶液;(2)氧化锆陶瓷纤维前驱体溶液制备;(3)杂化氧化锆陶瓷纳米纤维制备;(4)氧化锆陶瓷纳米纤维制备;其中,步骤(1)中所述锆源化合物为有机锆源化合物。本发明提供的氧化锆陶瓷纳米纤维具有较好的可纺性,纤维连续均匀;而多相结构使其具备良好的力学性能,同时协调了导热系数和高温下稳定结构间的平衡,不易脆性断裂,可加工性强,耐重复利用。
