The invention provides an SBS latex preparation method and a super-viscous wearing layer paving process of SBS latex modified emulsified asphalt, the SBS latex preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing SBS particles with mineral oil, stirring and mixing at 80-120 DEG C to obtain a swelled substance; internally mixing the swelled substance in an internal mixer; adding cycloalkane into the internal mixing product, and stirring until no particulate matter exists, so as to obtain a dissolved product; transferring a dissolved product into a high-pressure stirring container, adding an emulsifier, adding water for emulsification, putting the emulsified product into a colloid mill for circulation for 30 minutes, and performing homogenization treatment; carrying out reduced pressure distillation on the homogenized product until no distillate is distilled; and carrying out secondary colloid mill homogenization on the obtained distillation residues for 30 minutes, cooling and discharging to obtain the SBS latex. The SBS latex prepared by the process can be directly mixed with emulsified asphalt to obtain SBS modified emulsified asphalt, and due to the synergistic effect of the emulsified asphalt and the SBS latex, the softening point of the dried asphalt is greatly improved, and meanwhile, various properties of the asphalt are improved.
本发明提供一种SBS胶乳制备方法及SBS胶乳改性乳化沥青的超粘磨耗层铺装工艺,SBS胶乳制备方法步骤包括将SBS颗粒与矿物油混合,在80‑120℃下搅拌混溶,得到溶胀物;将溶胀物在密炼机中密炼;将密炼产物加入环烷烃并搅拌至无颗粒物,得溶解产物;将溶解产物转移至高压搅拌容器中,加入乳化剂,加水乳化,乳化后放入胶体磨循环30min,进行匀质化处理;均质处理后的产物进行减压蒸馏,直至没有蒸馏物馏出;将所得蒸馏剩余物进行二次胶体磨匀质30min,冷却出料,即为SBS胶乳。该工艺制备的SBS胶乳,能直接与乳化沥青混合使用得到SBS改性乳化沥青,由于乳化沥青与SBS胶乳产生协同效应,干燥后的沥青软化点大大提高,同时改善了沥青各项性能。
