The invention relates to the technical field of road building machinery, in particular to an earth shoulder vibration tamping device which comprises a suspension frame, a group of adjusting mechanisms mounted at two ends of the suspension frame, a tamping mechanism and a rolling mechanism, the tamping mechanism is mounted in the middle of the suspension frame, and the rolling mechanism is mounted in the middle of the suspension frame. The rolling mechanism is mounted between the rear frame of the suspension frame and the adjusting mechanism; the adjusting mechanisms are installed at the two ends of the suspension frame correspondingly, the rollers are installed below the adjusting mechanisms, so that the road shoulder below the device can be continuously tamped through the tamping and vibrating mechanism, and meanwhile, the inclined baffles support the side portion of the road shoulder to prevent collapse during tamping and vibrating; and the road shoulder can be corrected and flattened through horizontal and inclined rolling of the rear rolling mechanism, so that the effect of multi-angle ramming and flattening of the road shoulder is achieved, the construction time is shortened, the cost is reduced, and the engineering quality and the construction technical level are improved.
