The invention discloses a self-adaptive fine adjustment folding method for a steel truss girder. The method comprises the following steps that S1, point cloud information of rod pieces at the two ends is scanned under the same folding temperature condition; a target spot is arranged on the rod piece; according to the point cloud information, obtaining a first relational expression reflecting a target spot, a plug group and a centroid relationship; s2, measuring coordinates of a target point of the rod piece; obtaining the deviation between the rod pieces at the two ends according to the target point coordinates and a first relational expression; adjusting the positions of the rod pieces according to the deviation until the frames at the two ends are basically consistent; s3, any end is fixed as a fixed end, and the other end is a free end; measuring the centroid relative position relation between the rod pieces at the same end and the target coordinates of the free end and the fixed end, and obtaining the target increment of the free end in combination with the first relational expression; and S4, adjusting the free end according to the target increment of the free end to complete folding of the two ends.
