The special-shaped cold-formed steel reinforced concrete column-opposite-pull friction type frame comprises a cold-formed section steel splicing column, a cold-formed section steel splicing beam and a limiting opposite-pull rod, the adjacent cold-formed section steel splicing columns are connected through cold-formed section steel splicing beams; the cold-formed section steel splicing column is filled with solid waste concrete, damping rubber gaskets are arranged on the two sides of the end of a cold-formed cross-shaped steel plate arranged at the upper end of the cold-formed section steel splicing column, and the end of the cold-formed section steel splicing beam is connected to the end of the cold-formed cross-shaped steel plate through a high-strength bolt. C-shaped light steel stiffeners are arranged at the positions, close to the ends of the cold-formed section steel spliced beams, of the cold-formed section steel spliced beams.
