The invention relates to a deslagging system suitable for a high pile cap in an ecologically fragile area and a construction method of the deslagging system. The deslagging system comprises a gantry crane deslagging system and an articulated chute deslagging system. The construction process of the elephant trunk deslagging system comprises the steps that surveying and lofting are conducted on an original ground line, and a reasonable elephant trunk installation elevation is designed according to the ground line; wherein the gradient of the slope surface of the elephant trunk is greater than or equal to 40 degrees; supporting frames used for fixing the elephant trunk are erected at the slope change points and the concave-convex points, and it is ensured that the elephant trunk is erected to be in an arc shape and cannot go uphill; if the elephant trunk falls on the original ground, a pipe groove used for containing the elephant trunk is excavated, and a layer of loose soft soil is laid in the pipe groove and tamped; the inner diameter of the elephant trunk is not less than 45-50cm, and the wall thickness is not less than 5mm; wherein the configuration requirement is that one articulated chute is configured for a single T-beam pier column; the pipe orifice of the section of elephant trunk at the lowermost end is not higher than 5m from the ground; the construction quality can be guaranteed, and ecological damage can be reduced.
本发明涉及一种适用于生态脆弱地区高桩承台的出渣系统及其施工方法,其包括龙门吊出渣系统和溜管出渣系统;其中,所述溜管出渣系统的施工工艺包括:对原地面线进行测量放样,根据地面线设计合理的溜管安装高程;其中,设置溜管的坡面坡度≥40°;在各个变坡点、凹凸点搭设用于固定溜管的支撑架,确保溜管搭设为弧形且不能出现上坡;若溜管落于原地面上,则开挖用于放置溜管的管槽,且在管槽内铺设一层松质软土并夯实;溜管的内径不小于45‑50cm,壁厚不小于5mm;其中,配置要求为单个T梁桥墩柱配置一根溜管;最下端一节溜管的管口距地面不得高于5m;本发明既能保证施工质量又能减少生态破坏。
