The invention discloses a transition metal nitride high-entropy ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the transition metal nitride high-entropy ceramic material comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing n types of transition metal nitride powder and m types of transition metal powder, and carrying out vacuum drying to obtain a precursor; placing the precursor in a mold, and carrying out pre-pressing treatment to obtain a pre-pressed sample; and in a closed environment, carrying out sintering treatment on the pre-pressed sample under the conditions that the temperature is 500-3500 DEG C and the pressure is 2-28 GPa to obtain the transition metal nitride high-entropy ceramic material, wherein n is greater than or equal to 1, m is greater than or equal to 0, and the sum of the transition metal elements in the precursor is more than four. Through two times of pressure treatment, the stability of the precursor is improved, the size and distance of particles in the precursor are reduced, and the transition metal nitride high-entropy ceramic material with high density and high purity is synthesized through solid-phase reaction for the first time.
本发明公开一种过渡金属氮化物高熵陶瓷材料及其制备方法。所述的过渡金属氮化物高熵陶瓷材料的制备方法,包括步骤:将n种过度金属氮化物粉体和m种过渡金属粉体混匀,真空烘干,得到前驱体;将所述前驱体置于模具中,进行预压处理,得到预压样品;密闭环境下,将所述预压样品在温度为500~3500℃、压力为2~28GPa的条件下进行烧结处理,得到过渡金属氮化物高熵陶瓷材料;其中,n≥1,m≥0,所述前驱体中的过渡金属元素种类之和为四种以上。本发明通过两次压力处理,提高了前驱体的稳定性,并减小了前驱体内颗粒的尺寸和距离,首次实现了通过固相反应合成高致密度、高纯度的过渡金属氮化物高熵陶瓷材料。
