The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-structural-uniformity aerostatic bearing, which comprises the following steps: after rho aluminum oxide powder is pressed into tablets, gaps of powder particles are reduced, the whole volume space is limited, a confinement hydration reaction is carried out, gaps of original particles are filled with hydration products, the whole structure is homogenized step by step, and high-temperature phase change is carried out, so that the high-structural-uniformity aerostatic bearing is obtained. The material is converted into an aerostatic bearing material with high structural uniformity. The problem that the structure uniformity of the aerostatic bearing is difficult to realize due to non-uniform ceramic powder particles when ceramic powder is conventionally used as a raw material is solved, and the performance of the aerostatic bearing is improved by realizing the homogenization of the whole ceramic structure in the technological process.
