The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted intelligent curb rapid installation device. A transportation platform comprises a fixed bottom plate fixed to the top face of a transportation tray, and the right side of the fixed bottom plate is aligned with the right side of the transportation tray; the longitudinal pushing mechanism is arranged at the rear end of the transportation platform, the transverse pushing mechanism is arranged on the left side of the front end of the transportation platform, the unloading mechanism is arranged on the right side of the front end of the transportation platform, is opposite to the transverse pushing mechanism and comprises a supporting frame matched with the curb in size, and a resistance rubber plate is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the supporting frame and makes friction contact with the curb. And the lower end of the supporting frame is suspended above the curb mounting position, and the curb falls to the mounting position under the action of self gravity after being separated from the supporting frame. According to the scheme, curbs can be conveniently placed in a positioned mode, the curbs which are not accurately placed can be adjusted to be neat before entering the discharging device, accurate stacking of each curb during feeding is not needed, and the feeding and stacking time is shortened; and complete unmanned construction is provided.

本发明涉及一种车载智能化路缘石快速安装装置，运输平台包括固定于运输托盘顶面的固定底板，其右侧与运输托盘右侧对齐；纵向顶推机构设置于运输平台后端，横向顶推机构，设置于运输平台前端左侧，卸料机构设置于运输平台前端右侧，与横向顶推机构相对，其包括大小与路缘石适配的支撑框，支撑框内壁固接阻力胶板，阻力胶板与路缘石摩擦接触，从而减缓路缘石下落速度，支撑框下端悬于路缘石安装位上方，路缘石脱离支撑框后受自身重力坠落至安装位。本方案方便路缘石定位投放，可以将即使摆放位置并不精准的路缘石，在进入卸料装之前调整整齐，不需要在上料时对每一块路缘石精确码放，减少了上料码放的时间；提供完整的无人施工。
