The invention relates to an anti-seismic reinforcement construction method for an inverted-T-shaped bent cap frame pier. The anti-seismic reinforcement construction method comprises the following steps that S1, an inverted-T-shaped bent cap is rigidly connected with an end diaphragm plate of a main beam on one side or two sides of the inverted-T-shaped bent cap; s2, temporary supporting and jacking devices are arranged on the peripheries of the pier columns of the frame pier, then the joints of the pier columns and the inverted-T-shaped cover beams are cut off, and the inverted-T-shaped cover beams are jacked; s3, the truncated working face is cleaned, the pier top is reinforced through high-strength concrete, and then a seismic mitigation and isolation support is placed; and S4, the inverted-T-shaped cover beam falls back, the seismic mitigation and isolation support is fixedly connected with the inverted-T-shaped cover beam and the pier column, and the temporary supporting and jacking device is removed. Compared with the prior art, the construction method does not change the original total gap width of the beam end of the existing bridge, meanwhile, reduction of structural response under an earthquake is facilitated, and the overall construction method is simple, easy to operate, high in economical efficiency and convenient to apply and popularize.
