A plurality of fish trapping mechanisms are mounted on the transfer lifting mechanism and can cover a larger water area range of a fish gathering area, so that the fish trapping efficiency and the fish passing efficiency of the fish passing system can be further improved; the rotating motor drives the rotating shaft to drive all the short fishways to rotate in the horizontal direction, especially, more intensive and concentrated areas of fishes can be further screened in relatively gathered water areas, and the device is particularly suitable for water areas with variable fish school cluster distribution rules in water areas with complex water environment conditions and high fish biodiversity.
