The invention provides a prestressed anti-floating anchor rod end connecting structure which comprises a foundation, a concrete layer, a waterproof layer and a concrete cushion layer are laid on the foundation, a fine aggregate concrete cushion layer is laid on the concrete cushion layer, anchor rod inserting holes are formed in the fine aggregate concrete cushion layer, waterproof rubber lantern rings are installed at the anchor rod inserting holes, and the waterproof rubber lantern rings are connected with the waterproof rubber lantern rings. The tensioning end main steel base plate and the tensioning end auxiliary steel base plate are both installed on the waterproof rubber lantern ring, the tensioning end anchorage device is installed on the tensioning end auxiliary steel base plate, the multiple prestressed steel strands are arranged downwards, the bottom of the anchoring steel bar is connected with the tensioning end main steel base plate, the anchoring plate is welded to the top of the anchoring steel bar, and the steel bar mesh is installed on the top of the anchoring plate.
