The invention discloses an overwater heightening construction method for a deepwater caisson, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, prefabricating a caisson base, then hauling the caisson base to a deepwater area for heightening construction, respectively positioning corresponding sides by utilizing positioning piles and a stirring facility and a hoisting facility which are oppositely arranged, and heightening the caisson on the sea, namely decomposing the caisson in the vertical direction; the problem that an ultra-large caisson cannot be built due to insufficient water depth of a traditional dock is solved, the problem that the traditional dock is difficult to prefabricate and transport after the size of the caisson is increased is solved, and ultra-deep water caisson construction and building can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种深水沉箱水上接高施工方法,首先预制沉箱底座后拖运至深水区域进行接高施工,利用定位桩及相对布置的搅拌设施和起重设施分别进行对应侧的定位,沉箱在海上接高,相当于将沉箱在竖向进行了分解,解决了传统船坞水深不足无法建造超大沉箱的难题,解决了沉箱尺寸增大后传统船坞难以预制和出运的问题,可实现超深水沉箱施工建造。
