The invention discloses a self-adhesive drainage plate structure and a construction method for drainage of the inner side of a basement exterior wall, a self-adhesive layer is arranged on the cylindrical protrusion side of a plastic drainage plate, the self-adhesive layer is made of pressure-sensitive adhesive and is protected by a protective film, so that during construction, the plastic drainage plate can be adhered to a concrete wall by uncovering the protective film, and the plastic drainage plate can be adhered to the concrete wall. The self-adhesion drainage plate can ensure that the drainage plate is tightly attached to the wall surface, cracking of a plaster layer caused by hollowing is avoided, meanwhile, point adhesion of the drainage plate and the base layer wall surface is beneficial to dispersion of shrinkage stress of the plaster layer, and the problem of shrinkage cracking of the plaster layer is solved. Due to the fact that construction is convenient, compared with adhesive smearing, the drainage plate self-adhesion technology can greatly reduce the phenomenon that the drainage plate cannot be stably adhered to the concrete wall due to jerry work and material reduction in the construction process, and the hollowing and falling risks of a mortar layer in the later period are reduced.
