Connecting method of composite material sandwich panel and profile steel based on constraint expansion joint
The invention discloses a method for connecting composite laminboards with profile steel based on a constrained expansion joint. The method comprises the following steps: adopting a self-expansion filling material, an FRP hoop material, the profile steel, a screw rod and a sealing positioning strip to realize reliable stress connection of the two composite laminboards; a self-expansion filling material which automatically expands in volume in the curing process is adopted, micro-deformation and initial tensile stress are generated in an FRP hoop material and profile steel, an active confining pressure constraint effect is applied to a connection area, and the shear rigidity and strength of the connection area are improved; and through the expansion characteristic of the self-expansion filling material, gaps among the composite sandwich panel, the profile steel and the screw are eliminated, the problems of stress concentration and stress non-uniformity in a connecting area are avoided, fluid corrosion media such as rainwater are prevented from permeating into the connecting area, and the durability of the connecting method is remarkably improved.
本发明公开了复合材料夹芯板基于约束膨胀接头与型钢的连接方法包括:采用自膨胀填充材料、FRP环箍材料、型钢、螺杆、密封定位条,实现两块复合材料夹芯板受力可靠连接;采用固化过程中自动发生体积膨胀的自膨胀填充材料,实现FRP环箍材料及型钢内部产生微变形与初始拉应力,对连接区域施加主动围压约束作用,提高其抗剪刚度及强度;通过自膨胀填充材料的膨胀特性,消除了复合材料夹芯板、型钢、螺杆之间的缝隙,避免连接区域应力集中及应力不均匀问题,并避免雨水等流体腐蚀介质渗入连接区域,显著提高了连接方法的耐久性。
