The invention discloses a deformation-controlled single-layer latticed shell node, which comprises a prism, the cross section of which is of a hollow regular hexagon structure; the six sets of rod pieces are arranged on the six faces of the prism respectively, the two lower sides of one end of each rod piece are fixedly connected with a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece respectively, the first connecting pieces are located above the rod pieces, the second connecting pieces are located below the rod pieces, and the first connecting pieces and the second connecting pieces are both fixedly connected with the side faces of the prism; the number of the inhaul cables is three, the three inhaul cables are arranged between any two opposite side faces of the prism respectively, and the two ends of each inhaul cable are fixedly connected with the two first connecting pieces and the two second connecting pieces located on the two opposite side faces of the prism respectively. Compared with the prior art, the method aims at the characteristic of large deformation of an aluminum alloy space structure. The inhaul cables are added into the joints, and deformation caused by uneven temperature or rigidity of the structure is counteracted.
本发明公开一种控制变形的单层网壳节点,包括:棱柱,棱柱的截面形状为中空的正六边形结构;杆件,杆件设置有六组,六组杆件分别设置在棱柱的六个面上,且杆件一端的两下两侧分别固定连接有第一连接件和第二连接件,第一连接件位于杆件的上方,第二连接件位于杆件的下方,第一连接件和第二连接件均与棱柱的侧面固定连接;拉索,拉索设置有三组,三组拉索分别设置在棱柱任意正对两侧面之间,且拉索两端分别与位于棱柱正对两侧面上的两第一连接件和两第二连接件固定连接。与现有技术相比,本发明针对铝合金空间结构变形大的特点。在节点中加入拉索,抵消结构因温度或刚度不均匀引起的变形。
