The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a steel structure positioning multidirectional adjusting device which comprises an adjustable outer frame arranged between an upper steel structure column and a lower steel structure column and used for determining the position of a middle steel structure column, the middle steel structure column can be embedded into the adjustable outer frame, and the adjustable outer frame is used for adjusting the position of the middle steel structure column. The adjustable outer frame comprises a plurality of fixedly connected mounting rods, every two mounting rods are divided into a group, and the mounting rods in the same group are on the same straight line; the telescopic screw rods are mounted between the mounting rods in the same group and are used for adjusting the distance between the mounting rods in the same group; and the jacking screw rods are mounted on two groups of the mounting rods which are arranged in parallel, and the jacking screw rods are perpendicular to the mounting rods. According to the invention, manpower required for mounting the steel structure column can be reduced.
