The invention discloses a concrete structure repairing method based on carbonization hardening, and relates to the technical field of concrete structure repairing. The method comprises the following steps: 1) determining the carbonization depth and range of a damaged concrete structure by using a carbonization depth tester; according to the invention, the special cement-based repair material with high carbonization resistance is directly covered on the carbonized concrete surface, so that the construction steps of the traditional repair engineering can be obviously simplified. By means of the method, the complex process that in traditional repairing, a carbonized layer needs to be removed firstly, and then concrete is poured again is avoided. The material is directly poured on old concrete, and large-scale dismantling and preparation work is not needed, so that the labor intensity is reduced, and the construction period is shortened. According to the polymer cement mortar disclosed by the invention, through synergistic reaction of various materials, the treatment speed is increased, and the polymer cement mortar has excellent carbonization resistance, so that the service life of a repaired structure is prolonged.
