The high-dispersion carbon nitride modified cement-based material is simple and convenient to prepare and low in preparation cost, and the mechanical property and chloride ion migration resistance of the cement-based material can be remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种高分散氮化碳改性水泥基材料及其制备方法,由高分散氮化碳、拌合水、硅酸盐水泥三部分组成,具体制备步骤如下:步骤一:以尿素和赖氨酸盐酸盐为原料,采用热缩聚法,在180~200℃下加热15~20h制备出初始产物,将初始产物溶于水后进行提纯处理,得到颗粒状高分散氮化碳;步骤二:将步骤一所述的高分散氮化碳与拌合水按质量配比混合,超声后得到含高分散氮化碳溶液;步骤三:将步骤二所述的含高分散氮化碳溶液与硅酸盐水泥按质量配比混合,搅拌后得到高分散氮化碳改性水泥基材料。该高分散氮化碳改性水泥基材料制备简便、制备成本低,可显著提升水泥基材料力学性能及抗氯离子迁移性能。
