The invention discloses a pre-tensioning pre-stress construction device and method for a ballastless track plate on a bridge. The pre-stress construction device comprises a tensioning end anchor plate, a fixed end anchor plate, ballastless track plate pre-stress ribs and tensioning counter-force steel bars. The prestressed tendons are longitudinally arranged at the easily-cracked positions of the two sides of the ballastless track slab sleeper, effective pre-compressive stress can be provided for the track slab, tensile stress generated by the concrete shrinkage effect, the temperature gradient load and the like is balanced, the cracking resistance and durability of the ballastless track slab are remarkably improved, and the maintenance cost of a ballastless track is reduced; when the prestressed tendons of the ballastless track on the bridge are tensioned, the main beam top plate and the prestressed construction device form a self-balancing stress system, the overall stress is reasonable, the tensioning end anchor plate and the fixed end anchor plate play a role of a pre-tensioning method prestressed pedestal, and a traditional large-size prestressed pedestal does not need to be additionally arranged.
本发明公开了一种桥上无砟轨道板先张法预应力施工装置及其施工方法,预应力施工装置包括张拉端锚固板、固定端锚固板、无砟轨道板预应力筋、张拉反力钢筋;本发明在无砟轨道板轨枕两侧易裂处沿纵向设置预应力筋,可以为轨道板提供有效的预压应力,平衡由混凝土收缩作用、温度梯度荷载等作用产生的拉应力,显著提升无砟轨道板的抗开裂能力和耐久性,降低了无砟轨道维修成本;张拉桥上无砟轨道预应力筋时,主梁顶板与预应力施工装置形成自平衡受力体系,整体受力合理,张拉端锚固板和固定端锚固板起到了先张法预应力台座的作用,不需要额外设置传统的大体积的预应力台座。
