The invention provides an intelligent bridge support, and belongs to the technical field of bridge supports, the intelligent bridge support further comprises a plurality of threaded sleeves, a plurality of connecting rods and a bearing part; the plurality of threaded sleeves are connected to the bottom of the upper mounting plate; the plurality of connecting rods are in one-to-one correspondence with the threaded sleeves; external threads connected with the threaded sleeve are arranged on the peripheral wall of the top end of the connecting rod; the lower mounting plate is provided with threaded holes in one-to-one correspondence with the connecting rods, and the bottom ends of the connecting rods penetrate through the threaded holes of the lower mounting plate; the bearing part is connected to the penetrating-out end of the connecting rod; the bearing part is used for being in contact with the bottom of the lower mounting plate; after the intelligent bridge support is mounted in place, the connecting rod is separated from the threaded sleeve; the threaded part of the connecting rod moves downwards to the threaded hole of the lower mounting plate and is in threaded fit with the lower mounting plate. Through the arrangement, when the bridge intelligent support is hoisted, the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate can be fixed together without arranging an additional fixing structure, and therefore waste of materials can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种桥梁智能支座,属于桥梁支座技术领域,桥梁智能支座还包括若干螺纹套筒、若干连接杆以及承托部;若干螺纹套筒均连接在上安装板的底部;若干连接杆与螺纹套筒一一对应;连接杆顶端的外周壁上具有与螺纹套筒连接的外螺纹;其中,下安装板具有与连接杆一一对应的螺纹孔,连接杆的底端穿过下安装板的螺纹孔;承托部连接在连接杆的穿出端;承托部用于与下安装板的底部接触;在桥梁智能支座安装到位后,连接杆与螺纹套筒分离;连接杆的螺纹部分向下运动到下安装板的螺纹孔,并与下安装板螺纹配合。通过本申请上述设置,在吊装桥梁智能支座时,无需设置额外的固定结构就能够将上安装板和下安装板固定在一起,因此能够减少物料的浪费。
