According to the cable-stayed bridge stay cable installation device, when an installation head connected with an inclined lock is moved to the penetrating opening position of a bridge body, a screw head is inserted into the inclined lock firstly, after a servo motor is started, a screw rod of the servo motor can drive the screw head to move towards the interior of the inclined lock in a threaded mode, and therefore stable connection with the inclined lock is achieved; the lead screw can move along the supporting plate in the rotating process, the linkage rod cannot continue to rotate when the inserting rod of the lead screw is separated from the linkage rod, the lead screw can pull the whole linkage rod, accordingly, the inclined lock moves to the back end of the bridge body, the anchoring nut can be connected with the inclined lock, and the pressing ring can move along with movement of the servo motor before connection. Therefore, the clamping head is pushed out, the clamping head can be clamped in the threaded groove of the inclined lock, secondary fixing is achieved, and the inclined lock can be rapidly assembled and disassembled through the arrangement.
