The device comprises a supporting frame erected at the top of the deep and narrow foundation pit; the backfilling hopper is arranged on the supporting frame; the flow guide pipe is connected with the bottom of the backfilling hopper and is vertically arranged; the buffer cylinders are connected with the bottoms of the flow guide pipes and sequentially connected from top to bottom, top openings of the buffer cylinders are larger than bottom openings of the buffer cylinders, and the bottoms of the buffer cylinders located on the upper portion partially extend into the buffer cylinders located on the lower portion.
