The sliding guide lower iron is vertically welded to the end of the slidable plastering lower plate, the sliding guide upper iron is vertically welded to the end, away from the sliding guide lower iron, of the fixed plastering upper plate, and the included angle formed by the sliding guide lower iron and the slidable plastering lower plate is larger than 90 degrees. The problems of reverse flashing, uneven windowsill plastering and no outward gradient are solved.
