The invention discloses a honeycomb-shaped water cooling structure and a mass reinforced concrete construction method. The honeycomb-shaped water cooling structure comprises a plurality of vertical hole channels which are formed in a mass concrete structure in a quincunx shape, and the bottoms of the vertical hole channels communicate with one another; the vertical hole channel comprises a fixed pipeline section and a concrete hole channel section which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the fixed pipeline section comprises a fixed pipe, and the bottom of the fixed pipe is anchored on a bottom plate of the large-volume reinforced concrete structure; the lower ends of the fixing pipes are communicated with one another through communicating pipes; and hole channel core molds are installed above the fixing pipes, and the concrete hole channel sections are formed after mass concrete is poured outside the fixing pipes. Water is injected into the vertical hole channels to immerse the surface of the concrete so as to dissipate heat of the mass concrete structure; meanwhile, the interior and the surface of mass concrete can be subjected to water bath curing; and the concrete has obvious effects of improving the strength, impermeability and durability of the concrete and reducing the cracking risk.
本发明公开了一种蜂窝状水冷结构及大体积钢筋混凝土施工方法,所述蜂窝状水冷结构包括多个呈梅花形设置在大体积混凝土结构内的竖向孔道,且各所述竖向孔道的底部相互连通;所述竖向孔道包括由下至上依次设置固定管道段和混凝土孔道段;所述固定管道段包括固定管,所述固定管的底部锚固在大体积钢筋混凝土结构的底板上;各所述固定管的下端分别通过连通管相互连通;在各所述固定管的上方安装孔道芯模,在外部浇筑大体积混凝土后形成所述混凝土孔道段。本发明通过向竖向孔道内注水并浸没混凝土表面来对大体积混凝土结构进行散热;同时可对大体积混凝土内部及表面进行水浴养护;对提升混凝土强度、抗渗性、耐久性及降低开裂风险具有显著效果。
