Jacking and retreating device and method of combined type deck crane for bridge cantilever construction
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and discloses a combined type bridge deck crane jacking and retreating device for bridge cantilever construction, which comprises a jacking system for jacking a base of a bridge deck crane upwards, a back pressure system for preventing the bridge deck crane from overturning in the jacking process, and a crane walking system, the crane walking systems are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the deck crane base in the longitudinal direction. The whole crane is jacked up synchronously in a balanced mode through the four jacks, and then the walking track is laid at the bottom of the crane. And then, the crane is pulled back to the poured bridge top plate along the track through the jack. The method solves the problem that the subsequent construction is affected due to the fact that the bridge floor composite crane cannot be dismantled in time in the process that the cantilever construction of the water-area-crossing bridge is propelled towards the midspan. And after the crane retreats to the bridge floor, the crane can still be normally used for hoisting materials.
