The invention discloses preparation and application of a composite raw material melting accelerator, and relates to the technical field of composite raw material melting accelerators, and the preparation specifically comprises the following steps: preparing a dispersion-assisting component, preparing a decomposition-promoting component, preparing a mineralizing component, preparing an air-entraining component, and preparing the composite raw material melting accelerator. Through introduction of the decomposition promoting component and the mineralization component, the surface structure of carbonate is destroyed, decomposition of carbonate is promoted, the carbonate and reactants form a solid solution and a eutectic mixture in the high-temperature calcination process, a liquid phase appears in the material at a low temperature, cement clinker sintering is promoted, and production energy consumption is reduced. Secondly, the gas-solid phase surface tension of gaps of the pulverized coal is reduced through an air entraining component, so that the pulverized coal diffuses and exchanges heat with the carbonate raw material in the spraying process, and the calcining atmosphere in a decomposing furnace and a rotary kiln is improved; and thirdly, the adding position of the admixture is optimized, and the acting effect of the admixture is improved.
