The invention discloses composite cement as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the composite cement comprises the following steps: 1) jointly grinding cement clinker, gypsum and industrial waste residues with poor grindability and low activity by using a roller press and a ball mill to obtain a ground material A; (2) jointly grinding the cement clinker and the industrial waste residues with poor grindability and high activity by using a vertical mill and a ball mill to obtain a ground material B; and (3) adding the ground material A and the ground material B into mixing equipment, and homogenizing to obtain the composite cement. According to the present invention, the grinding aiding effect of the difficult-to-grind material is completely performed, the easy-to-grind high-activity material is promoted to complete the mechanical force activation, the weakening effect of the low-activity material on the early strength is reduced, only 35-50% of the cement clinker is used to prepare the PC 42.5 cement, and the 3d compressive strength and the 28d compressive strength of the composite cement can achieve more than 95% of the corresponding strength of the commercially available PC 42.5 cement.
本发明公开了一种复合水泥及其制备方法和应用。本发明的复合水泥的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将水泥熟料、石膏和易磨性差活性低的工业废渣用辊压机联合球磨机进行共同粉磨,得到出磨物料A;2)将水泥熟料和易磨性差活性高的工业废渣用立磨联合球磨机进行共同粉磨,得到出磨物料B;3)将出磨物料A和出磨物料B加入混料设备进行均化,即得复合水泥。本发明充分发挥难磨物料的助磨作用,促进易磨的高活性物料完成机械力活化,减轻低活性物料对早期强度的削弱作用,仅用35%~50%的水泥熟料便制备出了PC 42.5水泥,且复合水泥的3d抗压强度和28d抗压强度均能够达到市售PC 42.5水泥对应强度的95%以上。
