The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste resource comprehensive utilization and building materials, in particular to application of a calcium-sodium early strength agent in a solid waste-based cementing material. Specifically, the calcium-sodium early strength agent is calcium formate, calcium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate or sodium silicate; the solid waste-based cementing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-40 parts of steel slag, 20-60 parts of mineral slag and 12-20 parts of gypsum. Due to the fact that the passive hydration process of the solid waste-based cementing material is greatly different from that of a cement system and the action effect of various early strength agents is unknown, the calcium-sodium early strength agent suitable for the solid waste-based cementing material is selected, the 1d strength of the cementing material can be improved by 150% to the maximum and reaches or even exceeds the strength of the cement at the same age, and the calcium-sodium early strength agent is suitable for the solid waste-based cementing material. The early-stage mold removal requirement is met, the mold turnover rate is increased, and the biggest problem of application and popularization of the solid waste-based cementing material is solved.
本发明涉及固体废弃物资源化综合利用和建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及钙钠早强剂在固废基胶凝材料中的应用。具体的,所述钙钠早强剂为甲酸钙、氯化钙、硫酸钠、碳酸钠或硅酸钠;所述固废基胶凝材料,由包含如下质量份数的原料制备得到:钢渣20~40份、矿渣20~60份、石膏12~20份。因固废基胶凝材料被动水化过程与水泥体系差异巨大,多种早强剂作用效果不明,因此选出适合固废基胶凝材料的钙钠早强剂,采用本发明筛选出来的早强剂,胶凝材料的1d强度最高可提高150%,达到甚至超越水泥同龄期强度,满足早期拆模需求,提高模具周转率,解决固废基胶凝材料推广应用的最大难题。
