The invention discloses low-temperature sintered high-strength porcelainized powder which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of inorganic filler, 10-20 parts of fluxing agent, 5-10 parts of reinforcing agent, 5-15 parts of flame retardant, 3-5 parts of surface modifier, 2-5 parts of lubricant and 0.1-0.3 part of initiator. The powder preparation method is simple, the raw material cost is low, ceramic can be rapidly formed in a low-temperature section, the surface cracking phenomenon of a sintered body can be greatly improved, and the sintered body has high strength and stability. The porcelainized powder can be used for filling a polyolefin matrix, so that the high and low temperature resistance, the aging resistance and the mechanical property of the prepared composite material are further improved.
本发明公开了一种低温烧成高强瓷化粉,包括以下重量份的原料:无机填料30~35份,助熔剂10~20份,补强剂5~10份,阻燃剂5~15份,表面改性剂3~5份,润滑剂2~5份,引发剂0.1~0.3份。粉制备方法简单原料成本较低,可在低温段快速成瓷,能大幅度改善烧结体表面开裂现象,烧结体具有较高的强度和稳定性。该瓷化粉可应用于填充聚烯烃基体,使得制成的复合材料耐高低温性能、耐老化性能、机械性能进一步改善。
