The invention relates to the field of carbon-ceramic materials, and particularly discloses a carbon-ceramic brake disc with a wear-resistant coating and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that a carbon-carbon brake disc blank is sprayed with a binding agent to form a binding layer, then a wear-resistant agent is flatly laid, and the wear-resistant coating is obtained; wherein the binder is prepared from the following raw materials: phenolic resin, silicon dioxide powder and carbon powder; the wear-resistant agent is prepared from the following raw materials: phenolic resin, carbon powder and silicon carbide powder; the carbon-carbon brake disc blank treated in the step S1 is pressed, cured and formed; carrying out carbonization treatment; densification treatment: carrying out molten silicon infiltration; and sequentially carrying out finish machining and heat treatment on the carbon-carbon brake disc coating blank subjected to siliconing densification treatment to obtain the carbon-ceramic brake disc. The invention further discloses the carbon-ceramic brake disc manufactured through the method. The carbon-ceramic brake disc has the advantage that the problem that in the ceramic process of an existing carbon-carbon brake disc, due to the fact that the difference between the thermal expansion coefficients of a coating and a blank body is large, cracking is caused is solved.
