Modified polyacrylamide for concrete as well as preparation method and application of modified polyacrylamide
The invention relates to modified polyacrylamide for concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing acrylamide, an anionic monomer, a silane coupling agent and a sulfonate monomer with water to obtain a first water phase; the silane coupling agent is obtained by reacting sulfydryl alkyl silane with unsaturated acyl chloride; uniformly mixing the anionic oligomer and the salt compound A with water to obtain a second water phase; uniformly mixing the first water phase and the second water phase to obtain a pre-polymerization system, introducing nitrogen into the pre-polymerization system to remove oxygen, and adding a chain transfer agent and an initiator to initiate a polymerization reaction to obtain a polymerization product; and adding a salt compound B into the polymerization product, and uniformly mixing to obtain the modified polyacrylamide for concrete. The prepared modified polyacrylamide for the concrete has the characteristics of good flowing property, high dissolution speed, high dilution viscosity and the like, and the concrete doped with the modified polyacrylamide has the properties of high strength, corrosion resistance, freezing and thawing resistance, excellent cohesiveness and the like.
本发明涉及一种混凝土用改性聚丙烯酰胺及其制备方法和应用。所述方法包括:用水将丙烯酰胺、阴离子单体、硅烷偶联剂和磺酸盐类单体混合均匀,得到第一水相;所述硅烷偶联剂由巯烃基硅烷与不饱和酰氯反应得到;用水将阴离子型低聚物和盐类化合物A混合均匀,得到第二水相;将第一水相与第二水相混合均匀,得到预聚合体系,然后将预聚合体系通氮除氧后加入链转移剂和引发剂引发聚合反应,得到聚合产物;往聚合产物中加入盐类化合物B并混合均匀,制得混凝土用改性聚丙烯酰胺。本发明制得的混凝土用改性聚丙烯酰胺具有流动性能好、溶解速度快,稀释粘度高等特点,掺入此改性聚丙烯酰胺后的混凝土具有高强、耐蚀、抗冻融以及粘结性优良等性能。
