The invention provides a super-hydrophobic cement-based anti-icing/deicing coating with efficient photothermal conversion performance and a preparation method of the super-hydrophobic cement-based anti-icing/deicing coating, and relates to the technical field of chemical coatings. According to the method, the cement-based material is firstly coated with the water-borne epoxy resin binder after being pretreated, and then the photo-thermal super-hydrophobic coating is coated, so that the photo-thermal super-hydrophobic coating is formed on the surface of the cement-based material. The photo-thermal super-hydrophobic coating is prepared by mixing carbon black, carbon nanotubes, an organic solvent, a surfactant and a prepolymer solution. According to the invention, carbon black and carbon nanotubes are used as double-carbon-based photo-thermal materials, and a micro-nano layered structure is constructed. By means of the design, broadband absorption of light is guaranteed, refraction of light in the layered structure is increased, and therefore the photothermal conversion performance of the coating is remarkably improved. Meanwhile, the water-borne epoxy resin is used as a binder, and the carbon-based particles and the cement base are firmly bonded together, so that the durability of the coating is further enhanced. In addition, the preparation method also has the advantages of simple process, convenience in operation, short preparation period and the like, is convenient for realizing large-scale popularization and application, and has higher engineering applicability.
本发明提供了一种具有高效光热转换性能的超疏水水泥基防/除冰涂层及其制备方法,涉及化工涂料技术领域。本发明是在水泥基材料预处理后先涂覆水性环氧树脂粘结剂,然后再涂覆光热超疏水涂料,从而在水泥基材料表面形成一层光热超疏水涂层。本发明的光热超疏水涂料是利用炭黑和碳纳米管、有机溶剂、表面活性剂和预聚体溶液混合而成。本发明使用炭黑和碳纳米管作为双碳基光热材料,并构建微纳米分层结构。这种设计不仅确保了对光的宽带吸收,还增加了光线在分层结构中的折射,从而显著提高了涂层的光热转换性能。同时,采用水性环氧树脂作为粘结剂,将碳基颗粒与水泥基牢固地粘结在一起,进一步增强了涂层的耐久性。此外,本发明制备方法还具有工艺简单、操作方便、制备周期短等优点,便于实现大规模推广使用,具有较高的工程适用性。
