The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and particularly discloses a PBL composite stud steel-UHPC composite beam structure which comprises a steel beam, a concrete plate, a steel plate and studs. The concrete slab is provided with a prefabricated groove; the steel plate is fixed on the top surface of the steel beam; the stud is welded on the steel plate, and a rubber sleeve is wrapped outside the stud; the concrete plate is carried on the top face of the steel beam, and the steel plate, the toggle pin and the rubber sleeve are all located in the prefabricated groove and form a composite shear key. Concrete is poured into the prefabricated grooves, so that the concrete slab and the composite shear keys are poured into a whole; according to the PBL composite stud steel-UHPC composite beam structure, the characteristics and advantages of the steel beams, the PBL shear keys, the studs and the UHPC materials can be exerted, so that a bridge has high spanning capacity, environment friendliness and timeliness, application and popularization are facilitated, and the potential fatigue problem of traditional welding studs can be solved.
