The in-situ incremental launching construction method comprises the following construction steps that S1, whether a main line bridge connecting ramp area has entering construction conditions or not is determined; s2, a temporary pier foundation for ramp steel box girder pushing is constructed; s3, distribution beams are arranged on the temporary pier foundations; s4, a pushing jack is arranged on the distribution beam; s5, enabling the pushing jack to synchronously perform pushing operation; s6, the ramp steel box girder sections are transported to a preset position to be assembled into a whole; s7, the formed whole ramp steel box girder is subjected to ground pushing operation through a pushing jack; s8, double cranes of the ramp steel box girder are lifted in place; s9, the ramp steel box girder pushed to the preset position is lifted to a supporting pier of the ramp steel box girder through double cranes; s10, the end, close to the reserved connector of the main bridge, of the ramp steel box girder is fixed to the reserved connector of the main bridge; and S11, the temporary pier foundation and the pushing jack are dismantled, an existing bridge can be protected, the steel ramp installation work can be completed quickly and well, and the construction efficiency is improved.
