The limiting assembly is linked with the driving assembly, and when the driving assembly drives the dam gate to be started, the dam gate is locked through the limiting assembly, so that the driving assembly can only push the dam gate in the opening direction and cannot push the dam gate in the closing direction; the locking assembly and the limiting assembly are in linkage, when the limiting assembly locks the driving assembly, the limiting assembly is fixed through the locking assembly, and the phenomenon that the limiting assembly is loosened can be avoided.
