Method for reinforcing water-rich fractured rock mass based on water-borne epoxy resin magnetic slurry
The invention provides a method for reinforcing a water-rich fractured rock mass based on water-borne epoxy resin magnetic slurry, which is prepared by uniformly stirring water, quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement, magnetic powder, epoxy resin emulsion, a curing agent, a water reducing agent and a flocculating agent by using the independently researched and developed water-borne epoxy resin magnetic slurry. A brand-new grouting reinforcement device, namely a slurry pumping device, a stirring device, a power device, a slurry conveying device and a monitoring system, is utilized; according to the method, the water-rich fractured rock mass is subjected to grouting reinforcement by using an ultrasonic surrounding rock fracture detector, micro fractures in the fractured rock mass are detected by using an ultrasonic surrounding rock fracture detector, and the water-rich fractured rock mass on the water-rich fractured rock mass is subjected to grouting reinforcement by using a pre-grouting method, so that a good treatment effect is achieved, and the quality safety of underground engineering is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种基于水性环氧树脂磁性浆液加固富水破碎岩体的方法,用自主研发的水性环氧树脂磁性浆液,其是由水,快硬硫铝酸盐水泥,磁粉、环氧树脂乳液,固化剂、减水剂和絮凝剂这几种材料经过搅拌均匀制备而成;利用全新的注浆加固装置,即浆液泵送装置、搅拌装置、动力装置、浆液输送装置、监测系统这五个部分共同组成;并用超声波围岩裂隙探测仪探测破碎岩体中的微小裂隙,采用预注浆法对富水破碎岩体上的富水破碎岩体进行注浆加固,达到良好的治理效果,为地下工程的质量安全作保障。
