The invention provides a box-type steel sheet pile pulling method, which comprises the following steps that site leveling is realized by paving a heavy-load road; a groove used for the box type steel sheet pile pulling construction position is excavated through an excavator, and water in the groove is drained after the groove is excavated; a plurality of water jet cutters with high-pressure water pipes are additionally arranged on the periphery of the to-be-pulled pile and the connecting positions of the to-be-pulled pile and other piles; and meanwhile, pile pulling is conducted, high-pressure water injection is conducted on a high-pressure water pipe connected with the water jet cutter, and pile pulling is completed while friction resistance of the periphery of the to-be-pulled pile is reduced. According to the method, pile pulling, water injection and pile pulling are conducted at the same time, water injection and pile pulling are conducted at the same time, vibration force generated during pile pulling can generate a shear face on the side face of the pile, high-pressure water penetrates into the surface of the pile, and therefore the pile pulling resistance of the pile is reduced; and meanwhile, a high-pressure water jetting method is used as a pile sinking resistance reduction measure to perform resistance reduction again.
