The circulating hanging bar comprises a reinforcement cage body, the at least two circulating steel bar hanging mechanisms are evenly arranged on the peripheral side of the reinforcement cage body, each circulating steel bar hanging mechanism comprises a first stand column arranged on the reinforcement cage body and used for being connected with hoisting equipment and a limiting block movably installed at the bottom of the first stand column in the radial direction of the reinforcement cage body, and the limiting blocks are detachably connected to the reinforcement cage body in a clamped mode; the bottom of the first stand column is provided with a driving assembly used for driving the limiting block to move so as to be detachably clamped to the reinforcement cage body. The auxiliary mounting mechanism comprises a second stand column which is vertically arranged at the top of the limiting block and is connected with the first stand column, and a plurality of supporting blocks which are slidably arranged on the second stand column in the height direction and are used for being connected with longitudinal bars of the reinforcement cage body in a clamping manner; according to the circulating hanging bar mechanism, hanging bars can be recycled through the circulating hanging bar mechanism, the situation that hanging bar resources are wasted due to the fact that the hanging bars can only be used in a one-time welding mode is avoided, and the cost expenditure is reduced.
