本发明提供一种水利施工清淤装置,涉及清淤装置技术领域,包括底座;底座左端面焊接有两根第一导向杆,两根第一导向杆上滑动连接有一个连接块,底座左端面固定有两根第一电动缸,两根第一电动缸的伸出端均固定在连接块的右端面。控制第二电动缸伸展,当第二电动缸伸展时,能够推动安装座向左移动,当安装座向左移动时,通过顶块对受力块的挤压,能够实现四根滑动杆的向外移动,直至四个破碎块与管壁接触为止;在转轴的带动下四个破碎块跟随座体转动,当破碎块转动时,通过破碎块上的尖刺能够实现管壁上干燥后的淤泥破碎,与现有装置相对比,本装置破碎块的位置可调,且调整时只需要一个电动缸就可以实现四个破碎块的同步调整,结构灵活。
