The invention discloses a suspension type floor formwork construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, before construction, customizing a plurality of metal formworks, metal hangers and suspension supporting pipes; s2, during construction, a plurality of metal formworks are installed to form a floor frame; s3, for any two parallel metal templates, a plurality of metal hanging pieces are installed on the side, facing the other metal template, of each metal template, and the positions of the metal hanging pieces installed on the two metal templates correspond to each other; s4, a plurality of hanging supporting pipes are installed, and the two ends of each hanging supporting pipe penetrate through the pipe grooves of the two metal hanging pieces opposite in position and are located below the two metal formworks; and S5, multiple metal pipes are placed between the two parallel metal formworks and above the multiple suspension supporting pipes in the direction perpendicular to the suspension supporting pipes, then wood formworks or rubber formworks are laid on the metal pipes, and construction is completed.
