The invention discloses a 3D printing method and system for an indoor non-bearing wall, and the printing method comprises the following steps: building a three-dimensional model, calculating to obtain a motion track of a 3D printer, and moving the 3D printer to a position where the wall needs to be printed; according to the motion trail, a vertical printing head of the 3D printer is controlled to reach an initial printing point of the motion trail, and printing materials are continuously input into the printing barrel; a vertical printing head is controlled to move step by step along the outer contour of the printing wall and conduct printing downwards, an annular door-shaped structure is formed after printing is completed, and then the vertical printing head is taken down and replaced with a side printing head; and the side printing head is moved to the filling opening, the side printing head fills the printing material into the annular door-shaped structure through the filling opening, and when the height of the filled printing material is the same as the set printing height threshold value, the printing material is stopped from being input into the printing barrel. The design can be used for printing indoor non-bearing walls, the printing steps are simple, and the printing quality is high.
