The invention discloses a concrete pouring and vibrating device for a tall and large concrete wall. The concrete pouring and vibrating device comprises a supporting groove, a multi-layer track, a vibrating assembly, a pouring pipe, a traction mechanism and a working platform. The pouring hose and the vibration hose are overhung at the end of the inner side of the supporting groove; when the tall and large concrete wall formwork is divided into the multiple layers of pouring areas, each layer of pouring area is divided into the multiple pouring points, and the pouring operation of the whole tall and large concrete wall is completed by sequentially pouring the different pouring points of the different layers of pouring areas one by one. According to the set pouring area and pouring point, a certain layer of the track where the supporting groove is placed, the stretching-in length of the supporting groove, the vibration flexible shaft and the stretching-in length of the pouring hose are controlled, and layer-by-layer partitioned pouring in the tall and large concrete wall formwork is achieved. The problem that in traditional concrete pouring, concrete is separated due to the fact that pouring is conducted from the top, and the pouring free end is too high is solved, and the purpose of improving the wall concrete pouring vibration quality is achieved.
