The invention relates to the technical field of positioning adjusting devices, and provides a glass curtain wall stand column positioning adjusting device which comprises a main support, an auxiliary support and a clamping part. The main support is arranged on a floor and is close to a stand column mounting station; the auxiliary support is transversely connected to the main support in a sliding mode, and the main support is further provided with a transverse driving piece for driving the auxiliary support to transversely slide. The clamping part is vertically connected to the auxiliary support in a sliding mode and arranged towards a stand column installation station, and the auxiliary support is further provided with a vertical driving piece for driving the clamping part to vertically slide in the direction close to or away from the stand column installation station. The mounting structure has the effect of reducing the mounting difficulty of the glass curtain wall stand column.
