The invention discloses an adjustable support for mounting the bottom of a building shock insulation support, which comprises a fixed seat pre-buried in concrete of a ground foundation; the tops of the supporting rods are fixedly connected with the bottom of the building shock insulation support; each crank arm comprises a first connecting arm and a second connecting arm which are hinged, and the free ends of the first connecting arms are hinged to the bottoms of the supporting rods; the two ends of the rod shaft are installed through bearing seats, and a first rotating wheel and a second rotating wheel are arranged on the rod shaft in a front-back mode. Vertical pressure of an extra load can be converted into rotating force, vibration energy of the structure is consumed, structural damping is increased, and the anti-seismic capacity of a building is further improved.
