The invention discloses a large-span curve T-structure extradosed cable-stayed bridge monitoring system and method. The system comprises a pier stress monitoring module, a pier settlement monitoring module, a main beam stress monitoring module, a main beam elevation and center line deviation monitoring module, a cable bent tower deviation monitoring module and a cable force monitoring module. The method comprises the following steps: 1, monitoring the stress and settlement of the bridge pier; secondly, the deviation of the cable bent tower is monitored for the first time; 3, monitoring the stress, the elevation and the center line deviation of the first beam section; 4, tension and cable force monitoring of the first inhaul cable; 5, monitoring the deviation of the cable bent tower for the ith time; 6, monitoring the stress, the elevation and the center line deviation of the ith beam section; 7, tension and cable force monitoring of the ith inhaul cable; 8, repeating the steps 5-7 for multiple times until the cable-stayed bridge is closed; 9, measuring and obtaining a finished bridge line shape; and 10, monitoring the cable force of the cable-stayed bridge in the operation stage. Bridge linear deviation is considered, and the purpose of comprehensively improving bridge construction safety and structure safety is achieved.
